Short-circuit Annealing Machine With Cooling FH-147B, mainly for anneal the heaters, which after filling or reducing, the surface is very hard, if without annealing, the bending position is too small, it will be easily got broken or cracked. After annealing, the heaters will become soft.

Difference from FH-147: FH-147B has spray cooling.

The machine uses a dry-type transformer, equipped with a pneumatic clamping mechanism to clamp the pipe on the electrodes at both ends, using a low-voltage, high-current to create short-circuit to heat and anneal with metal-shell.
