Product Description
Hot Runner Heater Resistance Wire Coiling Machine FH-324 is controlled by PLC and touch screen. It is a spiral wire spiral machine which is specially designed for the production of flat pipes for hot runner. The diameter of the spiral coil is small, usually only 0.5mm or less, so it is difficult to operate on other Coiling equipment.
Hot Runner Heater Resistance Wire Coiling Machine FH-324 uses a stepping motor to drive the rotation of the mandrel and the rotati on of the wire screw to meet the requirements of tight Coiling and spiral coil with different pitch. Besides, the machine can be equipped with single-wire Coiling and double-wire Coiling functions.
